He has extensive Corporate Governance experience as a Board Member and Advisor for companies in several industries including Manufacturing, Finance, FinTech, Software, Commodity Trading, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology.

He has helped dozens of companies and families establish their presence in Zug, Switzerland, setting up their corporate structures, tax planning, financial management and facilitated efficient relocation into the country.

Cyrill has partnered as principal and advisor in multiple Capital Raisings and Private Equity deals and has developed in-depth know-how in managing complex cross-border transactions.

He speaks English and German fluently and has strong working knowledge of French and Italian. He is an avid water-polo and hockey player and an ardent skier.

He studied Banking & Finance at the University of Zurich and Quantitative Finance & Risk Management at the University of Tulsa (USA). Furthermore, he took on studies for an LL.M. in International Taxation at the University of Liechtenstein.

Tetiana Sorochynska

Accounting Manager

Her primary role encompasses managing the financial accounting and reporting services of TRIFFT and lead the accounting team. She provides comprehensive accounting services to clients, preparation and analysis of financial statements, including VAT services, payroll accounting, and preparation of tax returns. Additionally, she oversees the implementation of digital accounting and reporting processes for TRIFFT`s clients.

Her tenure as an International Accountant has served as a testament to her adeptness in overcoming challenges and delivering remarkable results. Through these experiences, she has not only honed her professional skills but also experienced substantial personal growth.

Tetiana holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Odessa State Economic University, a testament to her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.

Tetiana is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and speaks German and Italian on a conversational level.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Tetiana cultivates a rich and fulfilling life through her diverse array of hobbies. She is married and mother to an 8-year-old daughter. With her passion for yoga, travel, and painting she is complementing her professional and private life.

Melanie specializes in offering comprehensive tax advisory and relocation services for private clients, analyzing final tax assessments, and providing expert tax declaration services tailored to individual clients, with a significant portion of her clientele comprising expatriates.

Her professional journey is marked by extensive experience in Banking, Financial Services and Tax Advisory. Commencing as a Customer Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse, Melanie later transitioned to roles such as Customer Success Manager and Head of Customer Relations within the tech industry. Moreover, she has accumulated invaluable insights while working at TRIFFT, assisting clients in streamlining their tax declaration processes and devising effective tax plans.

Fluent in German, English, French, and Italian, Melanie’s diverse linguistic skills reflect her adaptability and global outlook.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in various hobbies, including hiking, snowboarding, swimming, dancing, as well as interior design.

She has a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and completed an exchange program in Chinese Economy at the Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

Hajnalka is responsible for crafting and executing TRIFFT`s marketing strategy. Furthermore, she spearheads the strategic planning and implementation of dynamic marketing and sales initiatives for TRIFFT`s clients with precision and vision.

This entails developing sales processes that span across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, Google Ads, SEO optimization, and encompassing above-the-line marketing endeavours. Her adeptness lies in orchestrating cohesive strategies that resonate with TRIFFT’s audience.

Prior to her current role, she gained invaluable experience at multinational firms such as JLL, CMS, and TriGranit. These experiences have enriched her professional repertoire and provided her with valuable insights into diverse industry landscapes and organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Strasbourg and in Marketing from the Corvinus University of Budapest. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Budapest Business School’s College of Finance and Accountancy.

Her linguistic proficiency extends to fluent command of English, German, and Hungarian, with conversational proficiency in French.

Viktoria`s primary responsibilities encompass client relationship management, corporate administration, and domicile services.

Her academic foundation in law combined with her professional experience in both a family office and the pharmaceutical industry, has uniquely equipped her for her current role.

Drawing from her diverse background, she brings a wealth of legal knowledge, an international perspective, financial acumen, and a client-centric approach to TRIFFT. These attributes empower her to adeptly navigate the landscape of fiduciary responsibilities while upholding exemplary standards of compliance and service delivery.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Law at the University of St. Gallen and University of Zurich, specializing in International and Comparative Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Law degree from Saint-Petersburg State University.

Viktoria speaks English and Russian fluently, and German and Kazakh on a conversational level.
In her leisure time, she finds joy in the vibrant Latin American dances, singing, the serenity of hiking, and the enriching experiences of exploring new destinations.
